He talked me through the process and accurately quoted me the cost over the phone. A couple hours later, my sewage line was flowing again. He provided me with some long term solutions and estimates regarding the coming months/years so that I could begin planning for similar issues in the future. He was kind, patient, informative, and diligent considering I needed his services on a Sunday evening. Based on my research, his pricing was very competitive considering the time of the week.
